This Policy explains requirements and details of the OffRoadTechInfo.com Referral Program. By registering to participate in the Referral Program, You agree to the terms and conditions detailed in this document.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Offroad Tech Info, LLC, and its owner.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or a company, or any legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
  • Member means an individual that has successfully completed the registration process to become a member of the Website.
  • Referral Program Registration Form means the registration form at OffRoadTechInfo.com/referral-program/
  • Website refers to OffRoadTechInfo.com.

Program Details

As a participant of this program You can earn $10 for each person that You refer to become a Member of the Website.

The following is a list of requirements for participating in the program:

  • You must register for the program by filling out and submitting the Referral Program Registration Form.
  • You must be a Member in good standing at the time of the referred person joining in order to receive the payment.
  • When joining the site, the person You referred must specifically mention you as the Member that referred them in order for You to receive payment.
  • You cannot refer Yourself.

The following is a list of other key information regarding the program:

  • Payments are planned to be sent to Members at least once per calendar year, but the exact timing will depend on availability of the Company.
  • Payments to Members will be issued through the method that is chosen when the Member submits the Referral Program Registration Form.
  • If information that is submitted through the Referral Program Registration Form changes for a Member, the Member should re-submit the Referral Program Registration Form.
  • The Company will not be responsible for re-sending payment that is not received by a Member due to incorrect information being submitted or due to a Member’s information changing after submittal of the Referral Program Registration Form.
  • Any additional unforeseen terms and conditions not already covered in this document will be established at the Company’s sole discretion.
