Conditions for Returns
In order to get a refund for a coupon code, membership or digital content that was purchased:
- The Goods must have been purchased in the last 14 days
- If You purchased a coupon code, You must have NOT used the coupon code. If You purchased a membership, You must have NOT logged in as a member. If You purchased other digital content, You must have NOT downloaded the digital content that was paid for.
In order for physical Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned or refunded:
- Memberships cannot be refunded if You have already logged in as a member at OffRoadTechInfo.com
- Coupon Codes cannot be refunded if they have already been used.
- Digital content cannot be refunded if You have already downloaded the digital content.
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized (unless there are defects in the completed Goods).
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any Goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Physical Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
